It is also customery to have 2/4 committee members to assist and prepare themselves for the following year.
ALL members are requested to make sure of their attendance on May 03, 2005, to officially elect the club officers.
Members who wish to serve or wish to nominate may write in advance and inform me (IPP) being in charge of the nominations and running the elections on May 03rd. Please ensure you have the consent of the member to serve the club for the period 2005-2006.
If you wish to nominate (you can nominate yourself), please write in the following:
1) Name of the member
2) Post you wish to nominate him/her for.
